Background

Allam is a political strategist who managed ABC’s 2022 campaign and served as Ken Sim’s first chief of staff. He is now running for the Vancouver Liberals.

Published priorities

The party’s October 1 platform proposes 400 additional frontline City workers, simpler housing approvals, more City land for co-ops and residential shops and cafes. It also funds fifteen new financial-crime police officers and expands peer-assisted crisis teams. The UBC SkyTrain extension remains a transportation priority.
